Welcome to Mr Dilly’s Ancient Egyptians workshop for KS2! Step into the world of pharaohs, pyramids, gods, and mummies as Mr Dilly brings Ancient Egypt to life in an energetic, interactive performance. Taking on the role of Paneb, Mr Dilly guides children through the fascinating — and sometimes gruesome — rituals, myths, and daily life of this extraordinary civilisation. Packed with fun, music, drama, and laughter, this workshop makes history unforgettable.

What will the children will experience?

• Take part in a lively re-enactment of the Egyptian myth ‘Osiris and Seth).

• See a live mummification ( laughter and gross factor guaranteed!) and learn why Egyptians preserved their dead.

• Explore how the pyramids were built through interactive demonstrations and role-play.

• Join in an Egyptian dance, and song to bring the culture to life.

• Meet the gods and goddesses of Ancient Egypt and uncover their strange and wonderful powers.

• Learn more about life as an Ancient Egyptian — from farming to pharaohs.

• Laugh, learn, and participate in a high-energy show full of surprises and memorable moments.
