KS2 History Workshop: Ancient Romans

Welcome to Mr Dilly’s Key Stage 2 Romans workshop for primary schools! In this interactive, high-energy history performance, Mr Dilly transforms into Julius Caesar, guiding children through the rise of one of the world’s most powerful civilizations — Ancient Rome. Expect singing, marching, roleplay and lots of laughter as the Romans are brought to life in your classroom.

What will the children will experience?

  • Learn about Caesar’s attempted invasion of Britain

  • Explore Roman Gods and beliefs

  • Act out the legend of Romulus and Remus
