KS2 History Workshop: Ancient Maya
Step into the world of the Ancient Maya with Mr Dilly’s fun and fact filled KS2 history workshop for primary schools. Mr Dilly performs as Balam, High Priest in the city of Tikal, guiding the children through the weird and wonderful, sometimes grim and grisly world of the Maya — — delivered with energy, humour, and boundless enthusiasm to keep every pupil engaged.

What will the children will experience?
Join in an interactive Hero Twins movement adventure — a whole-class “dance” through trials and triumphs.
Chant to the Rain God Chaac and explore Maya beliefs.
Take part in a (safe, hilarious!) Mayan sacrifice re-enactment — teachers can decide who’s chosen!
